Q1. What kind of services does Global Rasoi offer?
We do a lot of dining, and home delivery from the cloud kitchen. Religious events, weddings, birthday parties, business events and house parties are all things that we do. Smaller groups can also order meals, that are made just for them.
Q2. Which areas do you deliver to?
We serve all over Delhi and the NCR. When you check out, you’ll see if service is possible in your area after entering your address.
Q3. How do I place a catering or event order?
You can use our website’s menu to place your order, or you can call or email us directly. Tell us the date, how many people will be coming, what meals you’d like, and if you have any other suggestions. We will email you a menu and price quote just for your event.
Q4. Can I customize the menu?
Yes, without a doubt. You can choose the foods you want, change the amounts, and include any special dietary needs you have (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) on our custom menus. Just let them know what you want when you place your order.
Q5. How much in advance should I place my order?
You can place your order a few hours ahead of time for normal home delivery. We suggest that you book your event food at least 3 to 5 days ahead of time for weddings and parties. Let us know as soon as possible so we can get ready.
Q6. What about hygiene and food safety?
In our kitchen, we have strict rules about cleanliness. All of the materials are new, and the food is kept, and moved at safe temperatures. So that your meals come fresh and healthy, our staff is trained in, how to handle food safely.
Q7. Do you provide delivery and service staff for events?
Yes, if you need it, we can bring, set up, plate and serve at bigger parties. You only need to tell us what you need when you place your order.
Q8. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online with UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Depending on the size of the order and the area, you may also be able to pay cash on delivery. When you confirm your order, we’ll let you know about the different ways, you can pay.
Q9. What happens if there is a change or cancellation?
Please let us know right away, if your plans for the event change. There are different canceling rules for food orders based on how close they are to the event date. Those rules will be made clear to you when you place your order.
Q10. How can I share feedback or reviews?
We love hearing from you! You can let us know what you think through the contact form on our website, social media, or email. Also, please tag us in Instagram pictures. Your stories help us grow and give you better service.
